3DM operates out of a 15000sqft manufacturing and design facility. Purpose built to create an atmosphere that allows collaboration as well as efficient manufacturing and assembly. Key features include a CNC machine shop with 3 vertical machine centers as well as a CNC lathe. A fully featured in house machine shop allows 3DM to rapidly prototype parts as well as meet customer demands on short notice. Electronics manufacturing and assembly space

All design and test work is done in house at 3DM devices. Taking advantage of the latest technology for mechanical design and firmware and software programming 3DM is able to provide custom solutions. Testing and QC are integral parts of 3DM for providing a reliable system. All systems come fully tested. All parts are tested on a component level followed by a full system test before shipment. Standard system testing is, thermal cycling from 0C to +50C for 8 hours, vibration testing, and a final calibration check.
