3DM develops and utilizes a diverse range of software solutions for a wide range of scanning products. Customer and GUI applications are primarily developed in visual studio to run on windows platforms. Applications range from simple readouts to fully featured profile matching and measurement for process control. Applications are developed for specific projects with input from end users with custom features added as needed. Integrations to existing software and equipment are frequently required. Integrations to machine control including PLC’s is also provided as required.
