3DM Rubber Profile Scanning systems are custom industrial profiling systems for the tire and rubber industry. The system is suitable for scanning tread and other components used in tire manufacturing. Systems have been deployed worldwide in continuous manufacturing operations with high uptime. Multiple laser profiling scanners are installed in a rigid frame with no moving parts during profiling. It provides accurate profile measurements for closed loop control, QA, and performance monitoring.

The system is completely self contained with all electronics and embedded computer enclosed within the end cabinet on the frame. 3DM supplies all software required for profile acquisition, calibration, and profile comparison to factory specifications.
